Registering with our housing portal gives you access to the following services online

• Managing your rent account (North West Leicestershire tenants)

• Managing your contact information 

• New housing applications

• Viewing available properties

The portal is under development with new services being added as they become available

Registering for the Portal

North West Leicestershire District Council Tenants

Select the TENANT button and register using your Tenancy Reference number and date of birth.  Your tenancy reference number can be found on your rent statement. It is NOT the same as your payment reference (the 9 digit number starting with a 6).  You will need to be a current main or joint tenancy holder. If you are an NWLDC tenant you should register as a tenant even if you are registering in order to apply for housing or have an existing housing application and want to bid on properties. Your date of birth and tenancy number need to match what we have in our system for your registration to be successful.

Choice Based Lettings Applicants

If you are not a current NWLDC tenant then select the APPLICANT button and register using your email address and date of birth. If you have an existing application which has been transferred from our previous system then your email address AND date of birth when you register need to match the information we hold against your application. 

Can't Register?

Usually this is either because the details you have used don't match our records or you are already registered

If you have previously tried to register but didn't complete the verification step then you can request a new code here

If you are a tenant or existing applicant registering for the first time please contact us so we can check the details you are using are correct 

If you don't receive a verification code by email then please check your junk mail folders 

Log in but don't see the information you were expecting?

Existing applicants logging in for the first time should check the APPLY FOR HOUSING page to ensure they are linked to their existing application

If you do not see your application this is usually because the email address you have registered with is different to the one we hold on our records. Either contact us so we can update your email address or register again using the email address that you used when you originally applied.

If you are an NWLDC Tenant and don't see the tenancy details you were expecting please contact us

Can't Log In

If you have forgotten your password you can request a replacement from the log in page. The new password is sent by email.

If you are having trouble logging in please try:

• Typing the information instead of copy and paste
• Reset password
• Try logging in on another device

For enquiries about applying online Choice Based Lettings Applicants can contact the Housing Choices Team by calling freephone 0800 183 0357. Phone lines are open 9am to 1pm except Tuesdays when lines are open until 5pm. 
Tenants who need their tenancy reference number or need to amend their tenancy details can contact the housing management team by phoning 01530 454660.
